Terms and Conditions

Prices - as quoted on the Web Site or as supplied by your local distributor, in your countries currency. Goods will be invoiced at the date of leaving our warehouse, not the date of delivery. SAS Quality Services Limited reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Drawings & Designs - SAS Quality Services Limited will provide one free of charge basic illustration when requested or if required to help illustrate the product which is being quoted for. Any further drawings and illustrations requested by the customer will be chargeable at SAS Quality Services Limited discretion. Under no circumstances should the drawings or illustrations produced by SAS Quality Services Limited  be provided to another manufacturer or supplier. This Document/copy Belongs to SAS Quality Services Limited and is issued only on condition that it is not copied reprinted or disclosed to a third party without written consent.  Detailed drawings can be provided to help with planning permission. These will be charged separately at our standard hourly rate.

Settlement - Payment for non-account holders is cash, cheque, BACS/Bank Transfer or credit card with order. Payment for account holders is strictly nett within 30 days of date invoiced. SAS Quality Services Limited reserves the right to levy a surcharge of 2.5% per month (above bank rate) or part thereof until settlement is received. Non-payment within our requested period will result in your account being placed on a pro forma basis.

Carriage - As set or quoted at the time of order. All transit risks other than those covered by the carriers normal terms of business are the responsibility of the purchaser. Insurance may be arranged upon request. Purchasers wishing to collect goods may do so by prior arrangement. Specific delivery times on day of delivery are not possible. Notice of delivery is to be given by the distributor and not SAS Quality Services Limited.

Receipt - On receipt of any delivery the goods must be clearly marked as ‘unexamined’. If a signature is obtained for ‘goods received in a good condition’ no claim can be considered.

Non-Delivery/Damage - Non-delivery must be informed within five days of receipt of invoice and confirmed in writing; otherwise no responsibility can be accepted. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be given within three days of delivery. Claims notified after this period will NOT be accepted. Goods must be returned to SAS Quality Services Limited prior to making any decision. Any misuse of products and equipment that causes damage DOES NOT constitute as faulty and therefore SAS Quality Services Limited accepts no responsibility.

Cancelling Orders - Please call us immediately should you wish to cancel an order. We accept order cancellations without charge provided we have not started to make your order. If production has started, cancelling you order will be subject to cancellation charge in proportion to our incurred costs.

Installation - Once installation is complete, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the installation/product. It is the customers responsibility to report any problems within 5 working days. Bespoke products can only be returned if defective.

Title of Goods – SAS Quality Services Limited retains the title to all goods until settlement is received in full. We reserve the right to repossess any product unpaid with any costs (including legal expenses) incurred passed to the buyer.

Delivery - Delivery will normally be 7 days but for items that will require a longer delivery time we will email you with details.

Continuous Improvement – SAS Quality Services Limited has a policy of continuous improvement. Therefore the specifications and prices of products may alter at any time without prior notice. All weights, measurements, colors, sizes and materials shown on the Web Site may vary and should not be taken as exact. The precise specification of any product will always be given on request.

Shade Sails - Shade Sails are Guaranteed for 1 year, however the maintenance/care instruction must be followed,  if damage occurs within this period and it is concluded that the correct maintenance has not been followed, the customer will be liable for any repair/replacement costs.

Guarantee - SAS Quality Services Limited will guarantee all installations for a period of 12 months against faulty workmanship from the date of installation. No liability will be accepted for damage due to vandalism, snow, gale force wind conditions or any other unforeseen ‘Act of God’.


Maintenance - All of our products, including canopies, shelters and sail Shades, require regular checks at least every three months  including cleaning with mild soapy water and a soft cloth/sponge or soft brush as and when necessary. Under no circumstances should a build up of snow or ice be left on the roof, this must be cleared immediately to avoid damage.
